 如果越來越多的人在地球上採用無塑購物的方式，整體塑料使用量也將會減少，氣候暖化危機便會得以緩解。因此，我將努力向我的朋友和親人宣傳無塑購物的理念，鼓勵他們與我一同實踐無塑購物，並且自備容器（背包或環保袋）進行購物。

 我個人覺得無塑購物很好👍，同平時外賣買餸冇咩分別，只係拎多一個食物盒。我覺得呢個體驗好新奇，因為之前冇試過。我覺得我之後都會咁樣做，唔係太麻煩到我，而且又能夠節省買膠袋嘅開支，又能夠減少碳排放為地球出一分力，做簡單嘅事付出最大嘅貢獻。

Second hand clothes donation

 今次我捐贈的機構是一個環保非政府組織。早前機構曾到訪我校分享，推廣循環服裝(circular fashion)的理念，會免費/以低價出售二手衣物，從而惠及社會和減少棄置衣物所產生的廢物和環境污染。我認為這個理念很好，涉及到SDG目標1「無貧窮」 和 目標13「氣候行動」。

Fruit peel waste accounts for between 15% - 60% of the various types of fruit waste. There are various ways to upcycle the fruit peels, such as 1) natural cleaner, 2) fruit fertilizer & 3) fruit peel tea.

Upcycling solution for foam fruit nets

 Current situation: 1 in 3 (or 1.3 billion tons) edible parts of food produced gets lost or wasted globally per year.
Repurpose: Repurpose foam fruit nets into hanging plant holders for indoor plants, reducing waste and promoting green living in Hong Kong's urban spaces.
Usage: Use foam fruit nets to insulate outdoor plant pots for soil moisture and temperature control for supporting SDGs！

 在校園中能源消耗最多的地方是通風及空調系統，我發現校舍用電量過高的致命傷，原來是學生在下課後忘記關掉電器及照明。透過校園節能活動，讓學生從小培養起愛護環境的心，變成他們生活中的第二天性，將會使後代人受益無窮。今天額外的努力，也會使未來更加美好。

 In Hong Kong, people lack understanding about renewable energy . By hands-on activity, people can learn more about solar power and spread the idea to people around them. This activity targets for P4-6 students. Making the solar power house under teachers or adults' supervision. Then showcasing the products through exhibition.

 活動是可以在超市或街市推行，將這些外貌較差、就快過期或較少人購買的產品以福袋的形式包裝並減價促銷，同時推行點數獎勵計劃，當顧客購買到特定點數的數量，將會獲得不同贈品、折扣和禮品，以幫助減少浪費。

活動計劃書：垃圾再生計劃

 一項針對香港中小學生的調查顯示,只有約四成的學生表示有參與垃圾分類再生活動，而且大部分學生對垃圾分類的知識和技巧不足。透過參與垃圾再生計劃,學生可以學習到棄置大量廢物對環境的影響以及回收和再利用的重要性。計劃活動包括：資源饗宴展覽、知識講座、升級再造工作坊及展覽等。

 Children do not have enough living space for them to play and study comfortably. This may affect their grades, physical and mental health. They may not be able to purchase items that are beneficial to their development and passion due to the lack of space. Thus, there may not be enough resources to be provided to them.

 我覺得如果床下有位置,可以用床下的空間來放置一些不常使用的物品, 衣物也可以用一些收納盒整理收納，這樣可以騰出一些位置來存放其他物品。另外，亦可以買一些掛鉤貼在牆上或其他位置用來掛一些書包，外套等等。而不再使用的物品，可以丟棄避免佔用珍貴的位置。

 Through the donation of second-hand clothing, I feel greater empathy towards those in need. People often believe that their individual acts of charity are insignificant, but every impact must start from individuals. By changing this mindset, more acts of kindness can be seen in society.

Design a 1-day menu plan for the low income family

 受預算限制，餐單可能無法提供足夠的食物多樣性，使口味單調，影響兒童的飲食興趣和攝入量。這可能造成兒童吸收的營養不均衡，某些重要營養素如蛋白質、鈣、維生素攝入不足，影響兒童身體發育。因此，在有限預算下為兒童設計合理的膳食，既要保證營養，又要考慮口味及食物多樣性。

Understanding poverty through interviewing a social worker

 除了經濟支援，政府和社會各界更應該投入資源，為他們提供就業培訓，子女教育，家庭輔導等全方位的支援服務，從根本上提高這些家庭的生活水平和自我發展能力，真正解決貧窮問題。只有這樣，他們才能最終擺脫貧困的困境，過上體面美滿的生活。

 減貧需要針對根本原因，包括提供教育機會、創造就業機會和改善社會保障制度等。政府、非政府組織和社會各界應該攜手合作，制定綜合政策和措施，確保支援和資源能夠真正到達最需要的人。此外，減貧也需要長期的承諾和持續的努力，以確保改變的可持續性，讓每個人有機會得到尊嚴和繁榮的生活。

Inclusive playground

 我選擇到茶果嶺海濱公園。這個公園能夠公平地讓兒童使用。例如場地也考慮到視障、聽障人士的需要，分別設有音樂感官區和觸感牆、不銹鋼滑梯，讓戴了人工耳蝸的小朋友不會在塑膠滑梯上感到不舒服。遊樂場更考慮到智障、特殊教育需要的小朋友，特別設有用作冷靜緩衝的設施，讓他們過度刺激時能躲起來，有安靜和小休的空間。共融遊樂場可以任何人都可以安心、公平地使用。

The Recreational spaces in the community

 劉太和小樂 (受訪親子) 從小樂還是嬰兒的時候起，就經常來這個社區的遊樂場。對他們來說，這裡不僅僅是一個休憩空間，更是他們與其他社區居民連結的地方。劉太表示，這個遊樂場是一個讓孩子們能夠放鬆、玩樂和建立友誼的地方，同時也是她們作為家庭的一部分感到歸屬的場所。

Barrier-free facilities in the community

 這是我在旅遊遊玩時看到的鞦韆，讓輪椅使用者也可以體驗盪鞦韆的樂趣。考察後，我發現殘疾人士除了行動不便之外，連我們平常很多娛樂也不能體驗到，因此我很希望在未來，社區除了有更多方便殘疾人士的設施之外，亦能增加讓他們玩樂的設施，令他們感受到被包容，與我們也是一樣的。

 在深入了解並考察凹凸紋引導徑這類無障礙設施後，我有以下新發現：
1. 設計多樣性與標準化問題：不同地區的盲道設計可能有所不同，這可能會對視障人士在不熟悉的環境中使用盲道造成困難。標準化的全球或國家級設計規範可以提高其效用。
2. 科技整合的潛力：現代科技，例如感應技術和智能導航，可以與傳統的盲道結合，提供更豐富的環境信息和改善導航體驗。

活動計劃書：重新規劃社區

 現時房屋問題嚴重，很多人不能負擔住屋的費用，要住在狹窄、不安全的劏房。透過着手設計社區的規劃，令參加者能認真思考可持續社區需要具備的條件，並明白到規劃社區的難處，一同想出解決方法。活動以親子形式進行較佳，因為小孩能提供一些創新的解決方案，而大人能在實際的層面考慮，令設計可行。

活動計劃書：綠色社區 - 一起建構可持續未來

 我們發現社區居民缺乏環保意識和參與，因此我們設計這個活動，希望喚起大眾對綠色生活的重視，並鼓勵社區合作，共同打造可持續發展的城市。活動內容包括：環保主題講座、社區淨灘活動、環保DIY藝術工作坊、社區園藝比賽，以及設立「綠色生活站」 等。
