This is a picture of my lettuce sprouts. I have chosen to grow lettuce as it's easy and quick. I didn't grow sprouts because I thought lettuce would be more interesting. Even though it takes more time to grow, I still learnt a lot and found it quite interesting. Unexpectedly, I also grew it and ate it.
This is the final picture of my lettuce. I have boiled it and ate it. It tasted more bitter than usual ones as they are more organic and sustainable. I would say this is a successful experiment and I learnt a lot from it
