Action role: Role model

 Details
This action enables students to take on the role as a “role model" in putting SDG 3 into practice. By participating in this one-week health challenge, students can develop healthy lifestyle habits in areas of sleep, exercise, diet, and mental health. Students are encouraged to take the first step toward positive change through individual action.

 Objectives:        
  • Foster healthy lifestyle habits to enhance personal physical and mental health and well-being.
  • Reflect on daily lifestyle habits and take proactive steps to achieve SDG 3.


 Submission:
  • Complete  and submit the Action Record
